Live a healthy life

I’m not a doctor nor do I have any qualifications in diet’s or such. However I am a very health conscious person who can offer practical advice, so you can either take it or leave it.

There is nothing worse than people who starve themselves silly in an effort to be thin. All this will do is cause muscle wastage as well as fat loss meaning not only will you be horribly thin you’ll also have no muscle tone and no strength.

So before any of you, and this goes to boys as well as girls, decide to go on a diet, think to yourself do you really need to loose weight. I would never ever discourage anyone to improve his or her fitness levels but weight loss is a different issue. I personally am a health freak, I train a lot and I do watch what I eat yet I can still pinch a good inch or three around my stomach, but this is fine, as long as the fat isn’t doing your body damage then leave it.

The best piece of advice I can give to anyone is eat as much as you can and exercise as much as you can. This way you will get all the calories you need to function properly and any extra can be burnt off with exercise giving you increased fitness levels and a more toned body. Remember that no amount of dieting will tone your body up.
